Blue Horizons Concentrated Winter Time Algaecide to be added to your pool water prior to winter close down.

Concentrated algaecide is used for regular prevention and control of Algae.

A copper-free winter algaecide – 1 Litres

Built-in stain control for added protection

Compatible with a wide range of sanitisers

1ltr will treat up to 12,000 gallons

May require a second does before re-opening.

Application Instructions:

1. Maintain pH level within the ideal range of 7.2 – 7.6. If not in this range, adjust.
2. Check the chlorine level and ensure it is established within the ideal range 1 – 3mg/l (ppm)
3. Gradually pour the solution into the pool, whilst the pump(s) are turned ‘on’ preferably near the water inlets to aid distribution.
4. After the initial dose this product should be applied once a week to prevent algae formation.

Recommended Dosage Rate (per 1,000 gallons):

Initial dose: 50ml,  weekly top-up dose 25ml
