Mini Chlorine Tablets

Description

Small Chlorine Tablets are slow dissolving and suitable for use in private pools and small commercial pools.

Small Chlorine Tablets offer a convenient method of maintaining water safety in your swimming pool. They are dosed via a chlorine feeder (Chlorinator) or floating dispenser and as the tablets are small it is easy to vary the number to achieve the required sanitiser level. They have a high level of chlorine and are stabilised, minimising chlorine loss to sunlight in outdoor pools.

Add 2 Small Chlorine Tablets to 10 cubic metres of pool water when used in the skimmer basket. The dose rate if offered as a general guide for private pools. Heavily used pools and those maintained at higher temperatures will require increased dosage. Test for actual requirements by using a poolside test kit, adjusting the dose rate as necessary to maintain a minimum free chlorine level of 1-3ppm.

Application Instructions
WARNING – DO NOT ADD DIRECTLY TO A POOL AND ALWAYS USE A CLEAN APPLICATOR AS BELOW WITH NO OTHER PRODUCTS PRESENT.

Floating Dispenser: Fill the Trichlor floating dispenser with tablets and adjust the aperture mechanism at the bottom of the dispenser to obtain the 1–3 mg/l (ppm) desired range. Alternatively keep the dispenser aperture constant and vary the tablets inside to achieve 1–3 mg/l (ppm). The dispenser should be removed from the pool while swimmers are bathing.

Chlorine Feeders: Fill the dispenser and follow feeder instruction manuals on flow regulation to maintain 1–3 mg/l (ppm) chlorine levels.

Note: It is recommended that you periodically (e.g. weekly/fortnightly) shock or oxidise your water, using Blue Horizons Pool Fusion, Granular Shock, Rapid Shock or Shock ‘n’ Floc.
