Parcels 35kg and above will be charged £55.00 delivery charge.
Delivery charges are for delivery to mainland Great Britain addresses. Unfortunately at present we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or the Channel Islands via our main courier.
All deliveries of chemical items from Merlin Pools & Spas LLP comply with the government’s legislation – The Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations 2009. To ensure we comply with the transportation of dangerous goods regulations all chemicals are packaged in approved and classified UN containers. All orders are then dispatched in quality double-walled boxes to ensure your order arrives safely at your door in good condition.
Orders arriving by mid-day will usually be dispatched the same day by a quality courier service and smaller items are sent via APC.
All orders should reach you within 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and therefore correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Due to a high turnover in products, we may dispatch a product that have different shaped packaging, or different labelling to what is shown online, in this case, all products will be the same as stated online.
